Gaby isn't Latina but grew up in Washington DC, USA among the Central American community who arrived after the civil wars in the early 90s. Her friends growing up in two cultures had no trouble learning English, but their parents really struggled.   

As a certified English teacher with a background in IT, Sales and Marketing, her goal is to create pros who have soft and hard skills for the new gig economy.
